Contest Period: Submissions open on 9 February 2026 and close on 5 April 2026 at 2359hrs. Entries received after this deadline will not be considered.

Trip Schedule: The trip is currently scheduled for 22 – 25 June 2026. This timeline is a projected schedule; V-ZUG reserves the right to reschedule or modify the dates due to flight availability, factory operational requirements, or other unforeseen circumstances without prior notice.

Nationality & Residency: Participation is strictly limited to Singapore Citizens currently residing in Singapore. Permanent Residents and other pass holders are not eligible.

Age Requirement: Participants must be between 13 and 17 years of age as of the date of contest entry.

Mandatory Language: All contest submissions and communications must be in English. Entries submitted in any other language will be automatically disqualified.

Eligibility Validation: Shortlisted winners must undergo a mandatory validation process. This requires the physical or digital presentation of a valid Singapore Student Pass and NRIC to prove student status and citizenship. Failure to provide these will result in disqualification.

Submission Policy: Only one (1) entry per person is allowed. In the event of multiple submissions, only the latest entry (based on timestamp) will be evaluated. All prior versions will be discarded.

Prize Coverage (Student): The prize includes one (1) return economy class airfare, twin-share or single accommodation (at V-ZUG’s discretion), and designated meals/local transport for the winning student only.

Guardian Obligation: Each winner must be accompanied by one (1) parent or legal guardian. All expenses for the guardian—including airfare, accommodation, meals, insurance, and visas—must be fully borne by the parent/guardian.

Chaperone Coordination: To ensure group safety and logistics, the guardian must travel on the same flight itinerary and stay at the same hotel as the student winner.

Compulsory Insurance: Participants (both student and guardian) must independently purchase and pay for comprehensive travel insurance. Proof of coverage, including medical repatriation and trip cancellation, must be submitted to V-ZUG 14 days before departure.

Travel Documentation: It is the sole responsibility of the participants to ensure passports have at least 6 months validity from the date of return and to secure any necessary Schengen Visas. V-ZUG is not liable for prize forfeiture due to visa denials.

Plagiarism: Submissions must be the original work of the student. Any form of plagiarism will lead to an immediate ban from the contest.

Usage Rights: By entering, participants grant V-ZUG a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, edit, and publish their entry, name, and likeness in any media for marketing, PR, and sustainability reporting.

Code of Conduct: Winners and guardians are expected to act as ambassadors for Singapore. V-ZUG reserves the right to terminate the prize mid-trip at the guardian’s expense if any participant engages in illegal acts or gross misconduct.

Factory Safety: Access to V-ZUG production facilities is contingent upon strictly following all safety instructions. Participants must bring appropriate footwear (closed-toe shoes) for factory floor access.

No Cash Alternative: The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable for cash, credit, or other items. Unused portions of the trip (e.g., missed meals) are not refundable.

Right to Modify/Cancel: V-ZUG reserves the right to amend these T&Cs or cancel the contest/trip due to “Force Majeure” events, including but not limited to health pandemics, flight disruptions, or international travel advisories.

Data Protection (PDPA): By participating, parents/guardians consent to V-ZUG Singapore collecting and processing the minor’s personal data for the purposes of contest administration and trip logistics in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act.

Final Authority: The judging panel’s decision is final and binding. No appeals, challenges, or correspondence regarding the results will be entertained.
